Blue Noble unveils refurbished Eleven Brindleyplace to office agents
Global real estate investment management firm, Blue Noble LLP has launched the newly renovated Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham city centre.
More than 20 regional office agents were given a guided tour of the new facilities at the 110,000 sq ft Grade A office building, which is undergoing a comprehensive ground floor refurbishment.
Guests were greeted by a transformed arrival experience including a reconfigured double height reception space with new business lounge, as well as best-in-class amenities featuring an on-site café and a client event space.
The event was headed by Nicole Steed, director of asset management at Blue Noble, and retained agents, Charles Warrack, partner at Fisher German and Alex Tross, partner and head of office agency Midlands at Carter Jonas.

The refurbishment of Eleven Brindleyplace has been delivered by interior office design consultancy Office Principles North.
The scheme has a strong focus on ESG, including an upgrade to ‘end of journey’ facilities, comprising secure bicycle storage and repair station, fully equipped showers and lockers. Eleven Brindleyplace also boasts floor-to-ceiling glazing on all 12 floors, with 24-hour access and on-site parking.
