Ground floor transformation of Eleven Brindleyplace is complete
Work has been completed on the refurbishment of Eleven Brindleyplace, a Grade A building in Birmingham city centre.
More than 12,000 sq ft of space has been upgraded to deliver best-in-class amenities within the office building’s basement and ground floor.
The arrival experience at Eleven Brindleyplace has been transformed through the relocation of its concierge reception desk, and creation of a new welcome space and modern business lounge environment.
Its dual focus on style and convenience is reflected in the deployment of a range of new furniture, featuring lighting and speed gates, which allow efficient entry and exit to the building.
Archways have been formed through to an impressive new café area, complete with commercial kitchen, which will be open to tenants and general public alike.
A previously redundant mezzanine floor has been reimagined as a multifunctional events space, complete with new lighting and AV capabilities – it will cater for a range of wellness and leisure activities, as well as conferences and meetings. The events space leads through to stylish private meeting booths via new access control doors.
In the basement area there are new end of journey facilities, comprising secure bicycle storage and repair station, fully equipped showers and lockers, which support the building’s ESG credentials.
The refurbishment was delivered by office interior design consultancy Office Principles North, on behalf of landlord, Blue Noble.
Nicole Steed, director of asset management at Blue Noble, said: “Office Principles North has delivered an outstanding transformation of the arrival experience and amenities at Eleven Brindleyplace.
